Planning Associate I

6 month contract
Pay $15/Hour
This position involves the performance of a wide variety of administrative duties requiring a detailed knowledge of planning policies, procedures and procurement.

This position's principal responsibility covers:
o Creating Planner's Projects
o Creating Bill of Materials
o Entering Jobs
o Providing print packages
o Adding components to work orders
o Material Master Creation - Create materials as necessary.
o Expediting of parts as necessary
o Estimating - providing the Bill of Materials for multiple drawings using Excel, knowledge of Macro's and vlookups
o E-Bidding - preparing spreadsheets to send to Procurement for E-bidding, knowledge of Macro's and vlookups
o Project Close outs
o Filing
o Running weekly reports
o Creating Secondary's and Delivery Notes
o Creating Service Change Notices
o Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, including excel formula's and vlookups

Position Responsibilities
o File Releases electronically and print
o Updating Detail lists - Limited SAP
o Hard copy filing
o Scan and file electronically
o Use DRCS to print drawings
o Shipping Support - Provide paperwork/labels as necessary
o Expedite Reports as necessary
o Must be familiar with Word & Excel (strong Excel skills)

Qualifications/Education
o The incumbent must have a high degree of initiative, be able to function in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is critical.
o Knowledge of Microsoft software especially MS Excel and the use of Macro's and VLookups
o High School diploma or equivalent.
o Manufacturing background

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
