R&D Engineers will interact with customers, sales, marketing, and manufacturingindividuals.
Work on projects for external customers as well as on the latest and greatest specs, developments, and manufacturing equipment.
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Polymer Science
Target Grade Levels: Sophomore, Junior, Senior
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Skills & Abilities Needed
-Strong communication skills with a variety of individuals/groups (office, plant, customer)
-Must have a passion and drive that stands out
-Must have the ability to work independently as well as with teams of people
-Innovative mindset needed with attention to detail
