Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Document daily activities, observations, and any incidents that occur during your shift.
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of direct support systems and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is beneficial.
- Experience working in an assisted living facility is advantageous.
Requirements:
- Must have a genuine passion for helping others and providing compassionate care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, holidays, every other weekend is required.
