This includes assisting in the developing and maintaining event project plans to ensure all business needs are met.
Additionally, this role includes daily marketing responsibilities ensuring a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Tradeshows & Events Organizes materials for all tradeshows this includes, but not limited to:
Ordering and organizing tradeshow and promotional materials Packing and sending to shows Create a tracking system to know where our materials are and when they're expected to return Tradeshow management (pre, during, post activities) includes, but not limited to:
Manage and attend tradeshows annually - including regular weekend travel as most shows fall on weekends Coordinate reservations, orders, and communications Assist in tracking of event related project management tasks Plan 40

hotel reservation, 100
attendee registrations - Each requiring material shipping, furniture and electrical orders for all booths, material handling agreements, badge registrations Attend site visits for event/trip selection Gather details and create strategy decks/overviews for executive sell-in and approvals Co-creation of trip agenda and on-site experience Assists with event logistics Coordinating movement of attendees from event to event Set up for receptions Staff Welcome table Act as on-site go-to for help for booth staffers, executives on site, and agent needs Monitor transfers, hotel blocks, and flights for attendees Participate in planning calls to coordinate trip details with travel partner / hotels Lead and organize know before you go calls Ensure consistent communication with vendors and guests regarding event details Co-Manage the Events/IR Budget Help track and rationalize spend against forecast for each show Process - submit, code, ensure approval - of all show related invoices and work with VMO as necessary Enter charges into budget spreadsheet for tracking and reconciliation Track expenses and purchase all show materials, including ordering, shipping, and printing Marketing Responsible for submitting briefs for event materials needed Support event coordination pre, during, post-show across other marketing channels Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to action items as needed Support and access Salesforce for reporting and updates including but not limited to:
Pull tradeshow related reports Manage association and membership lists Compile contact lists for marketing efforts Process invoice payments to vendors Share in the end-to-end project management of Association Ad's and show Ad's while working closely with industry partners and key contacts/stakeholders for content, while ensuring all artwork is on time and on brief To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Leadership Responsibilities None Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must have 2-3
years of related experience.
Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Experience supporting a marketing or sales team (or similar fast-paced environment) is preferred Must be proficient at MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel Salesforce experience is preferred Ability to travel up to 20% and on weekends Self - starter who can work independently and without direct supervision The ability to handle multiple priorities and be comfortable with deadlines Excellent skills with paying attention to details and experience seeing a project through end-to-end Experience with budget and cost tracking Client service a plus Inquisitive and comfortable asking questions Team player Certificates, Licenses, Registrations None Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
Occasionally required to lift and move boxes and materials at the office and on-site.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
