Tasks include tracking all arrivals, scheduling prep, booth operators, & deliveries.
Stain matching to confirm color is right, coordinating workflow, training of employees, quality control, & making sure deadlines are met are the roles required of this position.
Position requires a sound working knowledge of methods, paints, coatings, wood finishing, & equipment for the residential housing industry, including cabinets, doors, & millwork.
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as the position requires supervising 8 to 10 people & working with multiple customers every day.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, & possess solid negotiating skills.
