Hire, train, and develop marketing department.
Reserve, organize, and work lead generating events.
Assist call center manager, ultimately obtaining the ability to perform their duties and fill in for their position if necessary.
Must-have:
2 years marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Proven skills in telemarketing, trade shows, and canvassing.
Energetic, self-motivated, results driven.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work days including some evenings and weekends.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized, efficient, manages time wisely.
Nice-to-have:
Skilled in production of marketing materials, including advertisements, print & digital ads, website, social media, SEO, branding, managing online reputation, etc.
to ensure all elements are current and consistent.
Working knowledge with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop preferred.
