The Patient Access Manager position is located at our main office in Neenah, WI.
The Patient Access Manager is responsible for staffing check in, check out and the call center and reports to the Clinic Director.
Responsibilities and Duties include:
Hiring, training, and managing performance of all Patient Service Representatives Communicate and collaboratively problem solve with other members of the management team Hiring, training, and managing Prior Authorization and Patient Financial Advocate team members with the goal of provision of a favorable employment experience as well as reliable and consistent individual performance of assigned job duties.
Coordinates all aspects of Patient Access areas (check in, check out and call center) in a manner that ensures a customer focused, quality conscious, work climate Uses positive feedback and progressive counseling to develop employees Coordinates completion of employee competencies and prepares and presents employee evaluations and in a timely manner Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of patient registration experience, preferably using EPIC Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the medical field Strong leadership skills, take initiative, be a self-starter, be highly organized and able to problem solve processes that impact the entire organization.
Must have excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Teams Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to manage diverse personalities in fast changing environment Must possess strong leadership skills and ability to set a clear direction, manage multifunctional extended teams and network effectively Job Type:
