We're adding a full-time Sales Service/Order Entry person to our AWESOME inside sales team and would love to meet you! Hours are 8:
00am - 4:
30pm Monday - Thursday and 7:
30am-4:
00pm on Fridays.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer requests for quotes, orders, and job status information.
Data Entry:
Quote requests, customer orders for production, change orders, order tracking, etc.
Positively and effectively communicate via phone or email regarding quotes, orders, changes, etc.
Work with other departments to track and expedite critical jobs through the plant.
Work as part of a team, supporting as backup coverage during vacations, illnesses, or other periods of need amongst the team.
Maintain a positive image with both external and internal customers.
Requirements/
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience necessary Data entry experience is a plus Previous experience in the printing industry is a plus Good communications skills via email, phone, or in person are necessary.
Good listening skills are a must.
Must be organized and able to employ time management skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook needed.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accurate results Work Remotely No Job Type:
