We are currently looking to hire a service writer/advisor for our Neenah location.
Applicant needs to be hard working and motivated.
Service writer/advisor
Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally Schedule service appointments with customer on a timely and efficient manner Create repair orders and communicate needs to technician Work with technician to get correct parts and information on repair orders Notifies customer when parts are in and schedule appointments Process repair orders for billing customer pay, warranty and internals Calls customers and ensures timely pick up of units once work is complete Performs other duties assigned by management This is a full time position eligible for
